- Cremas y medicamentos: las cremas tienen nutrientes que ayudan a mejorar la evolución, pigmentación y apariencia de la herida. Los medicamentos deben ser formulados por el médico en casos específicos.- Procedimientos láser: se realizan de acuerdo con la necesidad de cada paciente. Sirven para disminuir el tamaño, mejorar la apariencia y la textura, mermar la coloración de la zona y tratar un queloide.- Tratamientos quirúrgicos: según el cirujano plástico Ernesto Andrade, se puede aplicar una inyección de grasa debajo de la marca para alisarla. Una segunda opción sería retirarla completamente.
